last months meeting was amazing, and it was so nice to be back. It's always great getting to study the word of GOD with some pretty terrific women over a great message. The Christmas season is upon us, and although this is a very busy time of the year we encourage you to stay connected, make time for family and friends but above all Remember this season only exist because of Jesus Christ. Christmas is not about santa or how many gifts we can give or receive, it's about the birth of our Savior and the sacrifice He made for us. So let's make a decision to not allow ourselves to get caught up in the hustle of the season but instead let's put CHRIST back in CHRISTmas. We had a great year in LIFT with all of you wonderful women and we look forward to many more! Merry CHRISTmas from your LIFT leaders. GOD bless! At this months meeting we will be studying last Sundays amazing sermon about "Jehova Shammah" you don't want to miss out on this awesome word. God has a mighty message in store for us this week. This month we are doing a Pizza buffet and desserts, um can I just be the first to say......YUM!! So please don't miss out on this fun time of fellowship with women of God. We will be meeting Thursday November 17th at 6:30p.m. at Pymatuning Community Church. Please contact your group leader for any questions about the menu. I hope the start of 2016 has found you blessed as we dive into the first L.I.F.T. meeting of the year! How awesome it is to start out celebrating in the MONTH OF LOVE!!! We as women are constantly busy with the everyday things of life. These things may include the job of raising a family, working outside the home, church, not to mention the other cares of life that try to take us away! Although these things wear us out in a good way at times, I encourage all of you that are married, MAKE TIME FOR YOUR SPOUSE! February is a terrific time to romance your spouse! It doesn't have to cost a ton of money. It may be as big as a fancy dinner out with flowers and candy, to a stay at home dinner with candlelight and soft music! There is no wrong answer, unless you forget the one you love! (That one would defiantly speak volumes). My prayer for all of you is this February 14th, is that the love of Jesus Christ shine through each and every one of you! If you find yourself with an abundance of love this beautiful month, I implore you, SHARE IT WITH THE ONES YOU LOVE! In Christ's Love, First Lady-Teresa Mickels P.S. L.I.F.T. Ladies, It's not to late!!!!! Join us for the 2015 "Ugly Christmas Sweater" contest! Show us your talent by designing the ugliest sweater you can, to bring back some fun memories of past traumas, of the sweaters you have received as gifts! ( hopefully not from your husbands)! The sweaters will be judged at the end of service by the Men of Valor on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. There will be a beautiful Christmas gift basket for the winner.  Well Ladies, I'm finally home and I find myself letting the dogs out, kicking off shoes, putting on p.j.'s among "other things" we shared!!! Isn't it funny, as women we find ourselves loving the comforts we so long for after a long day, but, we sometimes cannot get our minds to relax as quickly as our pampered bodies! One sure fire way to get the victory in those situations is call on the power of the Holy Spirit! God is ready to meet you at your altar! Examine your hearts this beautiful Thanksgiving/Christmas Season and reach deep inside yourselves and pull out your thanks to God for all He's done! Know that Bishop and I love you all dearly and thank God for you in our prayers! May the peace of our God overshadow you, pouring out a blessing that is to big to contain this Holiday!-First Lady Teresa

I want to thank all of you who came out to be part of the FIRES OF REVIVAL at this months L.I.F.T. meeting! The presence of the HOLY SPIRIT was evident at each teams table, as we heard the chatter of voices, laughter, and tears! I want to encourage all of you, no matter what the situation, don't allow the serpent to fasten to you! SHAKE IT INTO THE FIRE!! You are VICTORIOUS IN CHRIST! Next month's theme...CHRISTMAS IN JULY!! L.I.F.T. will be hosting a cookie-cook-off!! The challenge is to bake 1 dozen cookies to see who can bake the best!! There are 4 cookie choices to choose from.... 1.CHOCOLATE CHIP 2.SUGAR COOKIE 3.PEANUT BUTTER 4.OATMEAL One cookie from each category will be chosen as winner! 4 prizes will be given.
