During D.E.E.P. (Disciples. Experiencing. Eternal. Purpose.) Youth Meeting Wednesday, we discussed the story of Ehud. Ehud was a Judge, in Judges 3 in the old testament that was left handed. You may ask "Why is the fact that Ehud was left handed important?" It was important because while everyone else was right-handed, Ehud was left handed, and he was over looked as a threat to anyone. Ehud faked being right-handed so they wouldn't know it was him who killed the King. Ehud should not have succeeded, but God had a different plan. What verse, story, or person from the Bible inspires you and why???

Daniel, because he would not back down from his faith, even if it meant he would have to be eaten by lions and that inspires me.

Job, because he never blamed God in his trial.

Esther inspires me because of her bravery when she stood up for her people even though she could have been killed at anytime for what she believed in, and she never backed down.

Peter inspires me because even though he was just a fisherman he still was one of the apostles and it helps me know that even the lil guys have someone watching over us

These are all awesome. In everyone of these stories or people's lives we can see the hand of God! Thanks for sharing the part of the Bible that inspires you the most. Now here is your challenge share that same portion of Gods Word with someone who is unsaved.

Shadrach, meshach, and abednego, because they would not bow to an idol. Even though they knew the punishment.

Job because even in all of his trials he never stopped believing in God, and he still stood strong in his faith when others told him to rebuke God.
