Not out of chaos. by bishop mickels

Did you ever watch the old 1960 show "Get Smart" ? In the show Kaos and Control were always at odds. The Bible shows us that chaos is always attacks order. 
God is a God of order and not chaos. 


ISAIAH 45:19 

I have not spoken in secret, In a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, seek Me in vain'; I the Lord, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
